Meet Valeria Aloe, an author with over 20 years of experience in Corporate America, who encourages us to address our mindset to fight for what we deserve.
Valeria is a native of Argentina whose first big move was from the small town of General Belgrano to Buenos Aires, where she became the first in her family to obtain not one but two college degrees.
After quitting her job, Valeria became more involved with the LatinX community and realized that we tend to hold certain beliefs that can hold us back from achieving our goals. That experience led her to write her book Uncolonized Latinas: Transforming our Mindsets and Rising Together
